Greek Salad
A recipe for a delicious and simple Greek salad
Greek Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Mix well.
Add the crumbled feta cheese and pitted kalamata olives to the mixing bowl. Mix gently.
Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil and fresh lemon juice over the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss the salad well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Note: You can also add other ingredients to this salad, such as bell peppers, sliced radishes, or even Mango for a more substantial meal.
